Nido can be considered the second community of the child, being the family the first one. Therefore, it is important that this environment is a warm and loving environment rich in stimulus where the child can develop freely. In this environment we receive children from 5 to 14 months old approximately.
Adults assisting infants in this environment specialize in this phase of education, offering the attention of one adult for every 4 infants. The maximum number of children who can participate in this environment is 8.
